Christmas Cookies
Not only are these cookies delicious, but they also look so fun and festive! They are the perfect Christmas cookies for the holidays! You will want to this cookie recipe to your baking list. You will thank me later!
Must-Have Ingredient
The peppermint extract is a must-have ingredient. It’s what gives these cookies the delicious peppermint taste. Do not use mint extract. They are not the same nor do they taste the same.
Peppermint Crunch Chips
I came across these in the baking section and knew I wanted to create a recipe with them. These little things give the cookies the perfect crunch and taste. Look for them in the baking aisle. They can be sometimes hard to find in-store, but you can find them on Amazon.
Can I use Crushed Candy Canes?
If you are having a hard time finding the Peppermint Crunch chips, another option is to use crushed candy canes. Just know this may change the cookies a little. I highly recommend the Andes Peppermint Crunch Chips or something similar.

This recipe only bakes 1 dozen cookies, so if you want more just double the recipe.
