We finally made it to the last day of school! I don’t know about you, but I as so glad it’s here! I decided write a letter to the last day of school. This is a look into how our mornings normally go. It’s real life friends. 🙂
Dear last day of school,
I’m so glad you are finally here. I’m so glad I no longer have to wake up before the sun rises to get three kids ready for school. I’m so glad I don’t have to make three lunches and get three backpacks ready. I’m so glad I don’t have to pick out three outfits for the day and hope the weather cooperates with what I chose. I’m so glad I don’t have to search for matching socks and the missing shoe as we are already running late. I’m so glad I don’t have to yell three hundred times to get in the car, or we are going to be late. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to three different schools and wait in three different drop off lines. I’m so glad I will no longer scare the people who see me in my car with my hair sticking up, no makeup, no bra and wearing my pajamas. I’m so glad I don’t have to pick up three kids at three different school and wait in three different pick up lines at 3:00. I’m ready for summer break as I’m sure you are too. However, come August I will be so glad to see you again. So much I’ll probably be counting down to the First Day of School. But for now I am ready for a break. Have a great summer.
Sincerely,
The mom who needs a summer break
Lunches are packed and ready to go.
All three kids ready for the last day of school. Yay!!
Here is what I wear for school drop offs. This is actually one of my better days, believe it or not.
Happy Summer Break friends!!
