Crockpot Nacho Cheese Dip
This nacho cheese dip is both creamy and loaded with so much flavor! My guest always asks for the recipe before they leave. Making it in the crockpot or slow cooker makes this recipe both easy and keeps it warm longer.
Nacho Cheese Dip Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Velveeta cheese
- Mild salsa
- Cream of celery soup
- Green onions
- Green pepper
How to Make Nacho Cheese Dip
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- Add the cooked hamburger, Velveeta cheese, a jar of salsa, and a can of celery soup to the crock pot and stir.
- Chop scallions and green pepper into small pieces and add to crockpot.
- Set the slow cooker on High and cook for 4 hours or until the cheese is completely melted.
- Important Tip: If you are in a hurry, you can melt cheese in the microwave and add it to the crock pot or slow cooker. I have done this many times when last-minute company shows up.
- Serve with nacho chips and enjoy!

What To Serve With Nacho Cheese Dip
You can eat it with tortilla chips or pour it over burritos or tacos for more a cheesy taste. You can’t go wrong with this.

Mom’s Crockpot Nacho Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 box of Velveeta cheese 16 oz.
- 1 jar of mild salsa 15.5 oz.
- 1 can of cream of celery soup 10.5 oz.
- 1 bunch of scallions top only green onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
Instructions
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- Add cooked hamburger, Velveeta cheese, jar of salsa, can of celery soup to crockpot and stir.
- Chop green onions and add to crockpot.
- Chop green pepper into small pieces and add to crockpot.
- Turn crockpot on High and cook for 4 hours or until cheese is completely melted.
- If you are in a hurry, you can melt cheese in the microwave and add to crockpot.
- Serve with nacho chips and enjoy!
