Adding Details
I am all about the details. By just doing a few small things can really take your drink to a new level. Add white sugar to the rims of each glass for a frosted snow look. Trust me, you will be glad you did this. Next, you can add a couple of pieces of fresh fruit to the bottom of your flute glass. Things like cranberries, raspberries and or pomegranate. The fresh fruit just looks so pretty floating around in the glasses. This is optional of course. Lastly, garnish with sprigs of rosemary and cranberries. Doesn’t this drink look so festive?! Presentation is everything, after all.
How to Make Cranberry Mimosas:
- Start by coating the rim of the flute glasses with white Karo syrup.
- Then dip the rim of the glass into colored sugar to decorate the rim. I like using white and gold around this time of year.
- Add a couple of pieces of fresh fruit to the bottom of your flute glass. Try adding cranberries, raspberries and or pomegranate.
- Next, Pour Champagne into flute 2/3 full.
- Top off with cranberry juice.
- Use a toothpick and add fresh cranberries and sprigs of Rosemary.
