I have to share my new favorite drink with you. It’s called a Sunset Mimosa. Friends, it is amazing! It probably no surprise if you follow me on Instagram and Facebook, that you already know I am a champagne lover!! Pop, Fizz, Clink. This is the perfect drink for brunch or a fun girls get together…or right now as I’m writing this blog post.

Hi Lisa, You will love it! 🙂 I personally like Freixenet Brut. Chandon Classic Brut is also another favorite of mine. 🙂 Can’t wait to hear how it goes.

Hi Amy. I am a huge lover of mimosas. I will definitely be trying this. But the recipe for the Classy Dirty Shirley is not coming up and this looks like something I MUST try. Can you post it for me please. May God bless you and your family. And thanks for sharing and caring. Bev in Ontario

Hi Amy,
I love these drinks but never saw the sugar rim…is it brown sugar?? Almost looks like gold…what is your secret?
Amy Tinnin
Hi Tina, It’s actually Wilton Gold Sugar. You can find it at a Michaels or online. I’m pretty sure I just ordered mine. 🙂 Use Karo corn syrup to line the rim of the glass and then dip into the sugar and you are set.
Tina
Delicious!

Such a great addition to my party. Will make again.
