I have a delicious recipe to share with you that screams summer. My Mango Pineapple Muffin Cakes are not only easy to make, but they delicious. I’m always creating recipes and I always like to try to make my recipes a little healthier. So I decided to use the Bolthouse Farms Mango Pineapple Colada to make my muffin cakes, and it did just that.
These Mango Pineapple Colada Muffin Cakes make a great treat that I feel a little less guilty about eating and or sharing with my kids. You won’t believe the flavor it gives these little muffin cakes. If you aren’t a fan of this flavor you could try one of Bolthouse Farms other flavors: Berries and Green Veggies, and Raspberry Blood Orange. - 1 Box of White Cake Mix
- 1¼ Cup of Bolthouse Farms Mango Pineapple Colada
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- ⅓ pineapple tidbits, drained
- ¼ cup brown sugar packed
- Preheat over at 350 degrees.
- Coat muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
- Fill muffin tins ¾ full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
So easy to make and your family will devour them. Well, that’s what my family did. They were Amazing! My kids keep asking me when I’m going to make them again.
