If you follow me on any of the social networks you probably know I am passionate about health and fitness. Now with that said let me clarify, I am not a personal trainer. I am a stay at home mom/blogger who loves connecting with other moms. I know being a mom can make it hard to focus on yourself. All of your energy is given to everyone else. You are last to eat, last to shower and last to bed. But making time for yourself is so important. It will make you a better mom, spouse and person. So just know it IS possible to workout at home even it’s for ten minutes. Stop making excuses and do it. It will seriously change your life for the better.
